A gifted connector passionate about helping businesses and leaders thrive, Marni was the founder of Gears & Gadgets, which for 10 years was the premier networking group in Minneapolis for manufacturing industry executives.
Minnesota Business Magazine named her among the Real Power 50 honoring the most influential business leaders of the year.
An active contributor to the Des Moines business community, Marni is a Board Member of the Rotary Club of Des Moines and an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), FuseDSM Chamber, Society of Human Resources (SHRM), International Coaching Federation, Iowa Chapter (ICF) and Rise Women’s Breakfast Club.
